Resident Resources
New co-owners of Country Place are encouraged to obtain copies of 1) the Master Deed, 2) Bylaws, and 3) Resident Handbook, from the clubhouse when filling out their initial "census form" which provides contact information to the Association. The bylaws were updated and amended, then recorded in August 2024.
When clicking on any of the various links below remember, first and foremost, that this is a condominium community including common grounds shared by all. Neighborhood rules, policies, schemes, etc. are adhered to for the good of the community and at times may appear to be stringent to a typical homeowner. If this is your first experience with condominium living, we encourage you to read these documents prior to purchase. Issues such as parking, picking up after your pet, or modifications to your home, for instance, are all covered under these rules. Monthly assessments and voting power, typical of any condominium community, are computed according to percentages outlined in the Master Deed. Prior to purchasing a condominium, please call the office and inquire as to the amount of the assessment on that particular condominium.
