ALERT:

• The May Board of Directors meeting will begin at 6:30PM on Tuesday, May 13 to accommodate discussion around the 2025-26 Fiscal Year Budget and Fee increase.

• Please join us in welcoming Chad Pisarski, our new site manager! Chad has hit the ground running and has met several residents in his first week in the community. Watch for his introduction in the new May Placemat and stop by at the Board meeting on May 13 to say hi!

• The 2025 Community Survey is now LIVE. A link to the survey has been emailed to all Co-Owners. Those without an email or access to the internet may pick up and submit a paper copy of the survey at the clubhouse during regular open hours.

​

• The clubhouse and gym will be closed on Saturday, May 17 for a private event and Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.
